Venue furniture for hire
Let us help you create beautiful weddings for you and your clients with our wedding chairs. From the elegant Chiavari to the glamorous Louis, there’s a style to suit every couple. All our chairs are guaranteed to arrive on time and in great condition.
Now that table linen is less commonly used in the home at mealtimes, we find it always makes an impact at events. Choose from tablecloths in a range of sizes and napkins, all in crisp, white linen which is freshly laundered before we deliver to you.
We’ve got everything you need when it comes to catering for large events. You can hire glassware, cutlery and crockery for all your guests, as well as specialist items such as conveyor toasters and BBQs.
Our folding tables can be used in a variety of ways. The 5ft round tables are a popular choice for dining and can comfortably seat 8-10 guests. Our trestle tables make great top tables, cake tables or gift tables, and all fold down for easy assembly.
If you host outdoor events, you’ll love our range of wooden furniture. They are also perfect for marquee weddings and parties with a casual theme. We stock furniture sets as well as individual tables, chairs and benches.
Standard or premium hire?
You can choose from standard or premium hire options. What’s the difference?
Standard hire covers furniture which is used throughout a season before it is taken out of circulation and refurbished. This means that some chairs may have a few minor imperfections, although bear in mind that this is common practise across the contract furniture industry.
We’ve also introduced a premium hire option for customers who want the guarantee of perfectly pristine furniture at their event. If you opt for this service, we’ll ensure your furniture has been cleaned and refurbished before it is delivered to you. There are three premium hire options to choose from:
• premium seat pad hire: we refurbish or replace all seat pads
• premium chair hire: we respray all chairs
• premium seat pad and chair hire: both seat pad and chairs are refurbished
Our top five favourites for venues
Our extensive range of banqueting chairs combine comfort with style. The Chiavari is always a favourite for weddings while for conferences and other corporate events, the Napoleon or Stacking Aluminium chair fit the bill perfectly.
Inject a touch of Parisian chic into your events with our Gold Rim Dior or White Louis chairs. For a luxurious ambience, you could select any item from our luxury range which includes white faux leather sofas and studded cubes.
Trestle tables are endlessly practical for event organisers. Ours come in a range of sizes, suitable for gatherings large and small. They are also stackable and fold down which makes assembly and disassembly quick and easy.
Love the look of fresh white linen on a table setting? So do we. Our tablecloths come in round or rectangular styles and in several sizes. If white isn’t right, we also stock ivory, black and coloured linens.
Our wooden rustic tables are a great alternative if your clients are hosting a summer party or want a less formal feel at their event. The wood is carefully treated to ensure it is suitable for diners.
Choosing Your Chair Fabric
Chair fabric is often used to tie an event theme together, particularly at weddings. If you hire upholstered chairs, your clients can choose a fabric from our standard range. For a full list of colours available, check out the individual chair details.
If you’d like to consider other fabrics and colourways, we are happy to supply seat pads in a different fabric or colour. This is covered by our bespoke service available at a small additional cost.
Choosing a Frame Finish
When pulling together the theme for your event, it’s important to choose the right chair – and we’re not just talking about the design. The frame finish is equally as important so when you hire your chairs from Rosetone, the wood finishes vary according to the style of the chair. All our chairs are hand-finished in our UK factory.
Each chair listing on the website will have details of the frame finishes available.
Our popular Chiavari is available in six finishes while the Bentwood comes in gold and silver. If you’re interested in our rustic chairs, please be aware that these are only available in a dark wood stain.
Looking for luxury? Our Dior and Malone chairs come with a gold frame and white leather seat pad. The all-white Louis comes in a white frame and white leather seat pad.
Do you groan inwardly when arranging delivery details with your suppliers? There’s always the niggling doubt that items won’t show up on time or won’t arrive in acceptable condition. We’ve carried out research with our customers who told us this does happen and it’s not acceptable.
We agree. That’s why we’ve put time and effort into developing a delivery system which works for you as much as it does for us.
When you hire products from us, our own fleet of vans and drivers take care of your delivery from our factory to your doorstep.
